All materials created by Bay Laurel Solutions (including but not limited to web designs, branding assets, templates, documentation, and code) are the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise stated in your contract.

Client-provided materials remain the intellectual property of the client. By providing them to us, you grant us a limited license to use them solely for your project.
If you submit or upload content to the Site or through our contact forms (e.g., testimonials, messages, inquiries), you represent that you have the legal right to do so.
